SYNOPSIS:

​

Ronda LaRue-Clements has an unusually diverse and rich background with lifetime study and seasoned business experience in research sciences, the expressive arts, social-psychology, consciousness practices, and the soul artistry of co-creative surprise in every day, real life.

​

Ronda has an undergraduate degree in Social Administration/Psychology with Minor in Business Communications and Marketing (University of Texas/Dallas) and a M.S. Master of Science degree in Applied Social Research & Evaluation Methods (graduating top of her class, summa cum laude, TCU 1982).

 

Ronda conceptualized, designed and ran private consulting company: InfoVision Systems - a corporate and non-profit strategic planning and market research company serving the business and governmental segments regionally, nationally and internationally for 3 decades.

Author of 2 books and numerous contemplative articles, today Ronda is sought-out as mentor, guide, and consultant to individuals and organizations seeking the rare mix of scientific methods/applications and technologies with the artistry of communications, inclusive cultural vision and out of the box special events in support of targeted growth and creative vision.

For the past 2 decades, Ronda has devoted a significant part of her life working with private individuals to facilitate breakthrough life insight and teaching her creative process for engaging the inner subconscious wisdom in every day, real life. Her work in the past decades has led to being recognized as a leading spiritual mentor to individuals and couples seeking lasting breakthrough. Non-denominational. Non-dogma. All paths.

TRAINING & EXPERIENCE:

BGS - Bachelor's Degree is a 3-way degree in Sociology, Business Administration, and Psychology from University of Texas at Dallas (1978).

​

M.S. – Master’s of Science Degree in Applied Social Research and Evaluation Methodology with a minor in Business from Texas Christian University: Graduated top of her class (summa cum laude) 1982.

​

D.D. Doctorate of Divinity (Hon) Licensed ordained minister and honorary degree recognition for significant life work and over 2,500 clinical client hours and experience in healing and consciousness studies; Universal Life Church, 2005.

Business & Governmental Consulting Work - Ronda founded InfoVision Systems (1984) a successful corporate consulting practice in strategic planning, survey research, and program evaluation. Her main consulting practice included strategic planning for cities, counties, national and international corporations, and arts organizations.  She was co-founder of the Cultural Tourism Collaborative of Ventura County, California and a Keynote presenter for regional cities, governing bodies, economic development boards and hospitality industry requesting her research/evaluation expertise in master planning, cultural tourism, and targeted "smart growth" within a sustaining service to community residents.

 

Cultural Tourism - Specifically Ronda's company was hired by such cities as Santa Barbara, Solvang, Dallas/Ft Worth, Oxnard, Ventura, Monterey for tourism analysis and development. Ronda was keynote speaker to large County/City/Lodging consortium in economic analysis and development in the early 2000's. She was marketing consultant for the Ojai Music Festival overseeing donor and board development, strategic event marketing, PR and advertising. 

 

Corporate Clients - In her earlier years, she conducted research for: Panasonic Japan, the Mentor Corporation, Medical Planning Associates; the Vice Chancellor for Development and The Organizational Research Institute at TCU, Fort Worth; and as a Consultant with Laventhol & Horwath Health Division in the late 80's. In addition, her firm was hired to evaluate company market mix strategy and customer/employee quality evaluation programs including the Ojai Valley Inn and Spa (a Crowne holding) in the late 90's.

UPBRINGING:

 

Ronda was born in Syracuse NY and lived in Skaneateles NY for much of her early childhood; later growing up in a Suburb of Chicago and spending most every year of her life on Skaneateles Lake during summers.  Her ancestors and relatives are "old fixtures" in Skaneateles, including both sets of Grandparents: Iva and Holmer Ackles ("Ackles Apples"), and Gertrude and Orville S Osborne.  Ronda grew up going to Skaneateles Presbyterian church where her Grandmother was Music Director and her Great Aunt the Organist (later becoming her uncle Bunt Osborne on the organ ...and today, her cousin, Bruce Osborne and brother, Brian Ackles, continue the tradition of Organ and Choral collaboration at this family church. Her Grandmother was a founding voice for the Skaneateles Music Festival and her mother Carol Osborne Ackles an early creator of regional art shows in the mid 50's.

​

Ronda has been a recognized working artist/poet and social commentary visionary. In the 90's she was part of the prestigious and juried Ojai Studio Artists Tour, creating and producing large scale social commentary and performance art works as well as ceramic sculpture and the Beatrice Wood series (See some of her art works in online galleries on her main website here. Her pieces have been shown in galleries in Texas, California, and New York, with many of her works in private collections.

Ronda shares daily life with her husband, Mattawe Clements, RIA (Lifestyle & Financial Investment Advisor); they're 2 dogs and cat. In 2022 after devoting 3 years to living with Ronda's parents in their family homestead in Skaneateles NY, Ronda and Matt returned to the west and found their new beloved community and home here in Ashland, Oregon, where both are excited to lend their mature skills to the many wonderful cultural and service organizations of Ashland area!

​

Favorite home activities include: creating, presenting (and eating!) “healthy decadent” meals;  designing special events and living spaces; poetic photo collage and clothing design; social commentary mixed media and installation art works (former member Ojai Studio Artists tour); singing music (symphonic classics to country — still not a rapper); health behavior research (particular attention to new clinical studies in aging, neurological wellness and new technologies; diet and exercise impacts; expressive dance; participating in our Ashland world class YMCA; helping spawn new entrepreneurs; and ever-new idea visioning and hosting of entrepreneur events at their wonderful home near Emigrant Lake in Ashland Oregon.
